If you contact us through the Website's enquiry form or by email, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or security-classified information through the Website, as it is not a secure channel for such material. Sensitive matters should be discussed under an appropriate agreement and by suitably secure means. How we handle personal data you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Website or any content on it, whether express or implied. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Website, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on it. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

This clause does not affect the terms of any separate written agreement under which we provide consultancy services, which will govern our liability for those services.

9. Linking to the Website

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

10. Third-party links and content
